I remember the moments when we were only 3 people at the beginning, excited and determined to start this journey together. Stepping into our first office space, we planted our seeds of pure intentions to fill the place with dedicated individuals. Right there, we made a promise to work tirelessly and earn the trust of the Catalyst Care Group family by being the support system, bringing growth and a brighter future for all in the health and social care sector.

We remained true to our promise, and amazing achievements continued to unfold. And here we are today, celebrating a team of 100 strong, each with a unique approach.
