We are looking for enthusiastic and highly organized candidates with a passion for finances and administration to join our team as Booking Administrator.

The booking administrator is responsible for performing a variety of organizational and administrative duties. They are responsible collaborating closely with other bookings teams such as payroll, registration, and compliance. A booking administrator will maintain accurate records and is required to always remain compliant with all laws and company policies. This means our booking administrator will have high ethics, integrity, and accountability.

Qualifications:

  • BSc in Business administration, finance, accounting or any other relevant field.
  • One year of proven work in administration is desired.

  • Previous working experience with databases or any kind CRM software is also desired.

  • Able to quickly learn and adapt to new software and processes

  • Able to work well under pressure and meet all deadlines

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Problem-solving aptitude.

  • Critical-thinking skills.

  • Advanced interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated, proactive and result-oriented person.

  • Good organizational skills.

  • English fluent reading, writing, speaking, and listening.

  • Always keeps the highest standards of compliance and confidentiality

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Communication with clinicians – clinician-centric approach

  • Booking of shifts, cancellations, adjustments, breaks

  • Sirenum competence for preparing reports in Sirenum and checking everything booked on the system

  • Admin support for care-coordinators

  • Collaborating closely with other bookings teams, payroll, and registration and compliance

  • Following the deadlines to provide crucial information, regarding timesheets, new starters and adjustments made to the system

  • Checking and approving shifts daily by 12:00

  • Conduct daily booking checks to ensure that all bookings are correct and complete before payroll and invoices

  • Adding shifts if they haven’t been booked to be included in the next payroll cycle and informing timely payroll

  • Convert email and phone call enquiries into bookings

  • Contacting clients to provide PO numbers on time

  • Respond to booking platform enquiries and booking requests

  • Mentor new staff in the various systems

  • Other duties as agreed with your line manager
