If you have great attention to detail, enjoy working with people, and take pride in keeping things organised, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
End-to-End Compliance Ownership
- Take full ownership of clinician compliance within the service, acting as a trusted partner to service leaders and teams.
- Maintain up-to-date records on key compliance requirements such as Right to Work, DBS, visa expiries, and references.
- Track, monitor, and follow up on compliance expiries with urgency and care.
- Conduct regular system audits and data-cleaning to ensure real-time accuracy in clinician files and regulatory reporting.
Proactive Collaboration
- Embed yourself in the day-to-day rhythm of the service—joining team meetings, identifying compliance blockers, and solving them in real time.
- Communicate clearly and consistently with clinicians and service leaders to support ongoing compliance and training readiness.
- Provide guidance and updates to help the service stay informed, empowered, and focused on delivery.
Training & Records Enablement
- Ensure clinicians complete all required training on time, offering support and motivation along the way.
- Coordinate training delivery with service teams and internal stakeholders—owning the logistics, scheduling, and data entry.
- Update training records across systems to ensure accurate compliance dashboards are always available for decision-makers.
Reporting with Purpose
- Produce and share weekly compliance insights with service leaders—flagging risks, progress, and wins.
- Use your reports as a tool to drive clarity and momentum, not just to “tick boxes.”
- Contribute to continuous improvement by highlighting trends and suggesting solutions to recurring compliance issues.
Service-Aligned Process Champion
- Actively support the implementation of compliance policies and process changes within the service.
- Role-model high standards, self-leadership, and accountability—demonstrating that compliance is not separate from care, but foundational to it.
Bring an ownership mindset to every action, recognising that your diligence directly impacts the safety, reputation, and success of the service.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in compliance, administration, recruitment administration, HR or a similar role.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise deadlines and follow up on outstanding actions.
- Confidence using computer systems, spreadsheets and digital records.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Experience in health and social care or another regulated environment is an advantage.
What We Offer
- The opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the delivery of safe, high-quality care.
- A supportive, collaborative working environment.
- The opportunity to work closely with operational teams and make a real difference to service delivery.
- The chance to develop your skills and contribute to continuous improvement.
