We’re looking for a hands-on Web Designer & Developer to join our Marketing team. You’ll play a key role in maintaining and developing our WordPress websites, making sure they run smoothly, look great, and provide a seamless experience for users.
If you enjoy solving problems, learning new tools, and bringing ideas to life online, this is a role where your work truly makes an impact.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Updating, maintaining, and improving our WordPress.
- Working closely with the marketing team to implement new designs, features, and content.
- Troubleshooting issues and making sure websites are fast, secure, and reliable.
- Optimizing websites for SEO and overall performance.
- Integrating plugins and third-party tools to add functionality.
- Keeping up with trends and best practices in web development.
What We’re Looking For:
- Solid experience with WordPress development.
- Strong knowledge of HTML & CSS
- Familiarity with Elementor, page-screen optimization, SEO implementation, and analytics.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Experience with GSAP, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is considered a plus.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00
Location: Aerodrom, Skopje, North Macedonia (On-Site)
This role requires regular attendance in the Skopje office for the first 6 months to ensure proper onboarding and collaboration with the team. After this period, a hybrid work model can be applied.
