Job Scope: We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our sales team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a vital role in generating new leads, qualifying opportunities, and supporting the smooth flow of client information from first contact through to onboarding. You will enable the BD Manager to focus on high-value conversion activity by protecting their time, managing their pipeline, and coordinating across teams to keep momentum moving.
The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for lead generation, outreach, and appointment setting through LinkedIn, email, and other channels. You will liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of referrals, maintain accurate records across systems, and support weekly reporting. Alongside this, you will manage diary and inbox activity, follow up on meetings, and ensure all actions are captured and progressed without delay.
To succeed as a Sales Development Representative, you must be proactive, organized, and results-driven. You will bring strong communication skills, a sense of ownership, and the ability to build trust through consistency and follow-through.
