Registrations and Compliance – Recruiter

?

We have an ongoing recruitment cycle. We are looking for a highly skilled recruiter to help us find them. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in recruitment, with knowledge and experience of screening, interviewing, and hiring practices. You will work closely with the entire Registrations and Compliance team based in Macedonia as well as our Bristol Head Office in the UK.

Objectives:

• To gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position, and meet hiring goals and expectations.

• Screen CV’s and job applications
• Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies within our specialist brands
• Publish job adverts on careers pages, job boards and social media
• Sourcing and contacting passive candidates online via social networks
• Support candidates throughout their registration process in an efficient and timely manner
• Co-ordinate with the Marketing, Sales and Service Partnership Teams to have a proactive approach to recruitment.
• Apply and verify references.
• Provide regular updates and feedback to managers.
• Optimise use of Salesforce platform to manage your candidate pipeline
• Ongoing review of our processes and how we can enhance the candidate experience
• Book candidates into necessary training for their job role

 

 

Training will be provided to you around recruitment in healthcare including safer recruitment practices and the interview process. You will also be given training on how to use Salesforce.

Healthcare recruitment experience

Salesforce Experience

Sourcing candidates via social media

High level of spoken and written English
