We are seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented, and solution-driven Operations Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working collaboratively, and takes pride in ensuring processes run seamlessly. The right candidate will be a natural relationship builder, capable of supporting clinicians, clients, and internal teams with professionalism and accuracy.

Key Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable working with scheduling and systems.
  • Knowledge of compliance processes and audit preparation is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build trust with clinicians and internal teams.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage clinician rotas and hours with accuracy, ensuring shifts are covered and aligned with service requirements.
  • Support compliance monitoring and assist with preparation for audits to meet regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely submission of clinician hours.
  • Keep day-to-day operations running smoothly by addressing queries and resolving issues quickly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, clients, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
