As a Junior Recruiter, you will play an integral role in our recruitment process and will be responsible for managing online applications, attending interviews, matching candidates to appropriate roles, collecting mandatory documents, and issuing contracts. You’ll need to ensure compliance with CQC, Ofsted and other UK regulations while providing a positive onboarding experience for candidates.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable using social media platforms and willing to learn different recruitment platforms we use, such as Reed, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Additionally, familiarity with Salesforce or any CRM system will be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the registration process for successful candidates
• Perform employment checks (Right to Work, DBS, references) and verify supporting documentation
• Maintain accurate records on Salesforce and SharePoint
• Review and contact applications received through the website or job boards
• Attend interviews and match suitable candidates with relevant roles
• Collect mandatory documents (Right to Work, proof of ID, DBS, proof of address, references, training certificates)
• Issue contracts to successful candidates
• Maintain a candidate pipeline using Salesforce
• Ensure compliance with CQC and Ofsted requirements
• Provide regular updates to candidates on their registration status
• Utilize various platforms for recruitment, including Reed, LinkedIn, and Facebook
• Review and approve clinician documents for compliance
• Build relationships with candidates and match them with appropriate roles
• Attend and actively participate in weekly team meetings
